If money's no object to you, you're a big Capcom fan and you want to revisit one of the company's biggest arcade hits of the pre-Street Fighter II era, then by all means click into the Wii Shop and give 1942's new Virtual Console re-release a look. If what you're really wanting is a deep and satisfying shooter experience, though, there are plenty of other, better options available elsewhere in the Shop. For the same price, or cheaper.
I used to play that game on an arcade machine emulator called mame32. A 5.5 is a thorough injustice to the game if you ask me!
