The Easter egg wasn't real. It was added to the dlc which is different than always being part of the original game code. This article should be called the Megaton easter egg was added in Naval Strike.

Putting aside the current state of the game and the issues it has, that is one brilliant easter egg, one of the sickest I've seen. And we still don't know what is behind the locked door or what the writtings on the wall fully mean.

cool yes, would i rather have that then a better working bf4... not in a million fucking years... quit wasting time on shit like this and fix your still incredibly broken game, sorry to be a negative nancy but this is like the media today putting something else out there to distract from a bigger issue... and i agree im surprised it didnt rubber band back into the water... naval strike was delayed a week and is still IMO unplayable... what did they do in that week other then add more piss and disrespect to consumers of the BF franchise? bf4 has me at my breaking point sorry for the anger but i feel justified and a bit better after ranting :/

The Easter Egg is NOT real. If the claims were true there would've been a megalodon in paracel. This just shows that the devs bent to the communities cries and implemented it in the new naval strike map.
