Enricko: Keeping up with Mircosoft’s track record, they haven’t exactly given us anything that would make us like them any more than we already do (Which I assume isn’t all that much for most people). One of their latest and most ambitious titles, Sea of Thieves, had everyone excited at first, but then people quickly realized that they had a bare-bones game after only a couple of hours of playtime; and they hyped this game since its initial development!
GF365: "Here are the best zombie games for Xbox One. Many of these post-apocalyptic zombie games are also available on other platforms. Plus, you can play any of these games on Xbox Series X and S via backward compatibility."
The Humble Survival Instinct Bundle just launched recently. It includes seven items including State of Decay 2, Chernobylite, The Long Dark, and more. As always, a percentage goes to charity.
Daily Video Game writes: "Today, Xbox Store has just kicked off its Lunar New Year and Publisher Spotlight Series sales for Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One users, featuring over 400 games on sale that heavily discounts AAA games, recent releases, Xbox 360 era games, and more!"
It wont be a letdown because there isn't hype around the game. Nobody thinks that this game will set any kind of standard or will evolve the Zombie genre.
As someone who played the old game and really enjoyed it, I really have some concerns about whether there are enough changes to warrant this sequel.
Co-op is the big change of course but playing tethering sounds completely shit. Why have that?
I expect Crackdown 3 to be a letdown, but I think State of Decay 2 is more of a coin flip, not sure.
I hope not because im buying the 50 dollar version and i want this game to be good so i will have a reason to boot up my xbox for the first time since 2014
