Evan Symon:
"We played a preview of the RPG 'Demons Age' and were pleasantly surprised."
Fin writes: "Heavily inspired by such classical RPGs such as Baldur’s Gate, Demons Age looks to tell a new tale in the same genre, acting as a modern successor to the classics. Developers Bigmoon have taken it upon themselves to innovate, allow the player to explore new locations, meet new characters and be enthralled in a new plot."
Does anyone actually know anything about how this game is? Because I can't find any reviews besides one on the Microsoft store complaining about a glitch wiping out save data.
I'm all about Baldur's Gate type RPG's, going to have to get this one and play it over the weekend.
Xbox Box One got an exclusive...title in this article...from an Xbox site! I kid I kid but at least the tags are correct.
Chalgyr's Game Room writes:
Demons Age is a modern throwback to classic RPG games like Baldur's Gate and The Temple of Elemental Evil. Set in Moragon, Bigmoon Entertainment's latest offering throws you into a chaotic world full of elves, dwarves, and monsters galore. The dark, high fantasy atmosphere is married to traditional Dungeons & Dragons archetypes, but with Bigmoons own spin on it. The turn-based RPG is one part tactical, three-parts fantasy and full of challenging fights, interesting characters, and a very, very brown world. Though Demons Age is currently in Early Access on the PC, Bigmoon Entertainment is plugging along with new updates, and an eventual console release; until full release though, you can enjoy the dark and mysterious northern regions of the Abidon Sea on the Moragon peninsula.
Bigmoon Entertainment has today released new trailers for two of their upcoming games: classical turn-based RPG “Demons Age”, and survival horror game “Syndrome”. The “Demons Age” trailer shows fresh gameplay and and gives a first introduction to the evil that looms over Morgan.
Not the type of game I usually play, but I like the idea of playing them with multiple different kinds of players.
