EB: Toast has a new type of skin cover for the PS4 and Xbox One that can transform the device into a handcrafted piece of wood laden art.
These woodgrain finish skins come in four colors: walnut, ash, bamboo and ebony. They’re cut from real wood veneer and finished by hand to create a highly polished look. The skin only adds .8mm of thickness, so the protection it gives your consoles, as well as the new look, won’t add a ton of bulk to the game machines. The skins also do not cover any vents, so the consoles can breathe just fine.
EB: With a Toast cover your tech can truly look organic as if it were a part of your entertainment center and not just an expensive looking piece of plastic resting on it. The console covers retail for $59.99, which sounds a bit pricey, but after applying one to my own PS4 it definitely makes it feel like its value also went up $60. You can even customize the covers with text or logos, so the possibilities are endless when it comes to personalizing these wooden protectors.

Wood is classy for some stuff.. wooden electronics are hipster retro trash unless it's the actual vintage part that came from the
factory like that.... like the wooden sides on
old pioneer equipment.
Even if wood is classy and even if you
have no issues adding wood to a 2013
game console... this looks like the cheap
paneling on basememt walls and sides of
wagons in the 70s and 80s. (OK so the Buick roadmaster wagons still had it into the 90s at least mine did when I had one around the PS2 era)... still though.
I really dig wood designs, though I'm not quite sure why. I just like it.

Think the wood ash and ebony looks best with the XBox ONE, while the bamboo and wood ash for the PS4.
