Kingdom Hearts: Unchained Chi will launch for iOS and Android via the App Store and Google Play on September 3 in Japan, Square Enix announced.
Accompanying this announcement, Square Enix announced that pre-registration for the game will close on September 2 at 23:59 Japan time.
A Kingdom Hearts: Unchained Ch North America and European release is also planned.

Kingdom Hearts: Unchained χ will launch for iOS and Android in Europe, as well as 100 countries worldwide, tonight at midnight PDT, Square Enix announced during its E3 2016 live stream.
Square Enix will release Kingdom Hearts: Unchained χ, its mobile Kingdom Hearts game for iOS and Android, in Europe, the publisher confirmed.
I hate F2P games on phone, however this is a ton of fun. I wish this was a $15 Vita/3DS downloadable though.
