In fact, you’ll be really shocked if you compare the vanilla version with the modded one. Modders have introduced new ENBSeries mods, textures, new female 3D models, as well as a host of numerous graphical improvements
Replaying Skyrim after 13 years is a reminder of the progress made in western RPGs over the last decade, but also what's been lost.
RPGs are often huge, sprawling endeavours. With limited playtime, we have to choose wisely, so here's the best western RPGs available today.

It just proves that Modders are carrying this game. Bethesda is only providing the foundation. It could've been better as well, if they didn't use an old engine for it.
Theres a "Modded Skyrim looks Good" article almost every day.
Skyrim's vanilla graphics are the graphics up for scrutiny, modded textures and HD packs do not count.
"Skyrim MODDED Remains One Of The Most Beautiful Games To Date" is incorrect.
FF14 looks better than those. But the mods do look great
