The official release notes for this update are:
- This system software update improves system performance.
- An issue where installed disc versions of games were sometimes deleted was resolved.
- An issue that prevented the PS5 wireless controller from being charged while in rest mode when connected to the PS5's front side USB Type-A port using the USB cable included with some PS5 consoles was resolved.
This article doesn't even ...
Maybe it's a blessing that us here in the UK still have a few more days to go before we get our PS5...
LAMEST ARTICLE EVER. Only one tip? Pure clickbait. At least list out the obvious tips like installing PS4 games on external hard drive (or transfer them off when not needed), deleting completed games...
Unfortunately, the trophy comparison feature has also been removed from the PlayStation website, which could mean it won't be returning.
The UK version of the email says:
"Please note, System Software 7.50 does not include any major consumer-facing features during the beta period. However, you will find smaller quality-of-life and performance fixes..."
The app was found under the 'My Library' section of the PS4.
Sony haven't released details on how to sign-up yet. This was found by accident.
If your PC recognises PS2 discs, then why doesn't the PS4? Why does it display a specific error message for PS3 games? That's the point I'm trying to get across.
Must have been a misprint. The price is still £349 on the site. The website probably just made it up to get extra hits!
The banner is there to keep the other PSN IDs hidden. Those players would probably get in trouble for leaking beta footage.
Sony will probably release a AV cable like they did for the PSP, so you can view PS Vita content on a TV.
Again, you can turn this off from the settings menu too. Look for [Notification Alert (PS Button)] in the [Sound & Display] menu.
I turned it off on the day of release. It's been there from the start.
You can turn the music off from the settings menu. See the [System Music] option under [Sound & Display]
Its not supposed to be the full game. It's just the beta for an unreleased game.
Looks like it only works with EU PSN Accounts. I got the same error when trying to get a code using a US account.
Is this guy f@*king serious? You think $150 is a good price? Kinect + Xbox 360 would be more expensive than the PS3 + Move. Lame.
Get yourself a better website. Any decent gaming website wouldn't run out of bandwidth!
Old news. Knew about this from day one when I got my PS5. Not exactly secret if it's in the manual (if anyone reads this):
