I don't think the word widespread was used in this article. Yeah...nope. don't see it. But I do agree that the number of users playing their consoles far outweighs the ones with problems.
Thank you for bringing your insight to the conversation.
We use a 20 point scale in .25 increments. (5.0, 4.75, 4.5, etc.)
It would be this week's reason to beat the editing staff. :P
I rather like mine. I picked up a set for Halo: Reach and they haven't left my controller.
I'd actually love to see something like the G600 (or the SteelSeries WoW Mouse) made ambidextrous. I'm just not sure how they'd do that. :P
The only thing I can think of is latency. We didn't run into any while we played, and I think Activision wants to keep it that way. Better to err on the side of caution blah blah blah...
"why doesnt he express what the frames are?" - Because we didn't play on a dev build that displayed FPS? And if you say you can tell 60fps by looking at it, I'll call BS every time.
"10 minutes of game time? that's not enough time for anyone to write a decent article" Ten minutes is plenty to write a hands on and get our impressions down. A REVIEW is what you're looking for. Come back and complain in a couple weeks.
The g600 is a pretty good mouse, unless you're a left-handed player.
We were surprised as well, considering Resistance on the Vita wasn't the greatest.
For me it's a toss up. I travel alot, so having a compact set of cans is nice to have. It's definitely a harder sell when you're talking about someone who games mainly at home though.
I would have loved to see a Siberia V2 done up in GW2. The Diablo III headset was just gorgeous!
Somebody needs to read about a little thing called libel.
This guy is basing his article on a show that was aired in March of 2010. The Core i-Series processors from Intel were just getting their legs then. So Pachter wasn't far off the mark - TWO YEARS AGO!
This guy is writing crap just to get you wound up and trolling for hits. I'm not even sure how it got through the approval chain.
Kinda seems like they're doing a take on Ringu, not a zombie thing.
Doh! My bad. I'll shut up and toss in my approval and get another cup of coffee. :P
This release was supposed to be a preview only release, not review.
Don't know. We didn't review those. Did you come to offer anything constructive? Or just troll?
They appended the original article title with (In Japan). Per the press release for NA: "The Wii U Basic Set includes a white Wii U console with 8 GB of internal storage, one white GamePad controller, AC adapters for both the console and controller, a sensor bar and an HDMI® cable."
Except that most people don't own a soldering gun, or know how to properly solder. Plus a good soldering gun runs a minimum of $100. But we don't review DIY solutions. ;)
