Disney movies aimed at tots and pushing McDonald is not hard to see why parents get upset. But their is this mindset that gaming is not just for the 8 and below. And that most gamer are in their teens and up, (which also they are the ones doing the buying) and at a point that most parents cant tell em what to eat.

It's Id software. Dev's aren't mma fighters where after turning 35yr they go down hill. They haven't put out something that has made me think "wow they lost their touch" And that's including rage. Game looks sweet. Only ones that want doom to fail or the quake fanboys that wish doom would be more like quake so it can enjoy the 12 people playing it. DOOM is a compromise, but it's still at it's core DOOM.
This coming from a fan of quake, unreal and tribes. I want more like it, so a compromise is needed. And no overwatch and all those "You got your buff/ super ready?" FPS are not cutting it.

3) Does this game have "heroes" you choose from? Each having very MOBA roles? YES.
4) Do moba's suck? Yes.
I played both Overwatch and Battleborne beta's and deleted both about 8hrs in. Where bleeding destiny is FPS/RPG, At least at the controls were much more tight and true then both these moba/fps games. ...
I swear from reading some of these comments that those wanting single player in BF are the Bad Company 2 fans. lol Anyone bleeding remember BF3 story? BF4? BF2? Geez... Don't get me wrong, I liked Bad company, but I love BF before that. So BC 2 to me was multiplayer.
What BF games have ever been made with Single player in mind? I seriously think that those who want Single player in BF are Bad company 2 fans. Which in it self wasn't a traditional BF game. lol BF focus has always been MP. With SP as a way for players to familiarize with the game.

Straight to the point FPS game. Always has been. Short single player cause it's core is multiplayer. Yes.. for you RPG player that's PVP. Which I welcome. No damn lv grinding, no farming, no looking at same weapon with different stats. None of that shit. (looking at you destiny) This along with DOOM is like fresh air into a cramped eve online convention filled with nerds. Breath that fresh air in.

Went un killed as well in couple matches. Surprising not hard to do if you know when to hang back and when to press. The "happy" MMO/FPS tho is not really my thing. The social voting thing feels creepy like facebook likes or at worse like it was created with tumblr in mind. lol
