Well, looks like I'll be preordering Journey. This sudden flood of reviews sure isn't making the wait any easier.
Hell yeah, Faunts are rad.
I'd add Shatter, Mass Effect 2, and Assassin's Creed 2 for sure.
"I leave you with the promo video which also pushes the DLC mention way to the back and only flashes on the screen for an instant." An instant? Give me a break. If you missed it, you must be blind.
Haven't we seen about a billion of these articles already? Anyhoo, all signs seem to indicate that this will be a Desmond centered narrative. If that is truly the case, I wonder how they will justify him sitting in the Animus for extended periods of time. We shall see I suppose.
While I agree that the animus sections weren't great, I'll probably buy it hoping there will be some interesting new story details. There's a good chance it will be terribly anticlimactic, but one can hope. Oh well, at least it isn't den defense centered DLC.
@Liquid - Ah, yes: http://www.youtube.com/watc...
Have you seen the recent music trailer? Gives me chills for sure. Ugh I cannot wait!
Yeah I just finished the single player last night. While I thought it was pretty cool overall, it definitely could/should have been so much more.
I wish they wouldn't stop and rewind for every little damn thing. I don't think it's necessary to explain the fundamental of the first game. Yes, that's Mordecai - I played the first one so I know who he is. Yes, its got a Diablo-like loot system - I played the first one so I know. Get to the good stuff!
Well it is part of the same canon. Also, I read one of the developers talking about the predator/prey relationship. The first one was about being the prey while this one is about experiencing the other side. Either way, why is it such a big deal?
Dang. That's not a great sign. Oh well, we'll find out this Tuesday.
Meh. I'd rather they not focus on the villain so much, but we shall see.
Neat trailer. The dubstep seems a little out of place though.
Poor Rayman Origins. What a kickass game.
Well of course it did.
Yikes, this list could use some serious editing. I find it amusing that a lot of these details were even included at all. You even see a lizard in the cave!!!
I rather enjoyed it. Also, why review a demo? It's free and the whole point is that anyone can try it out, ZERO risk involved.
