Starcraft 2's release gives us a lot to look forward to this coming week. It's been over a decade since the last installment and I can't wait to continue Raynor's story.
Even though most people spent their time in the game's multiplayer mode, my fondest memories of the game are within its single player. Hackneyed as the presentation was, it was still memorable and I owe some small portion of my childhood to Blizzard's evocative story. #3

I spent the whole night playing Alien Swarm with some pals of mine. It was every bit as fun as L4D before it. I'm looking forward to seeing a ton of new campaigns and maps soon. #2
I've always had a love/hate relationship with hype. Buying into the hype for Diablo II and Baldur's Gate II was exhilarating, though Hellgate London disappointed me more than anything else. #1
(Writer here.) My favorite section in Uncharted 2 was the temple with the giant statue of the Buddha and the subsequent treasure room. It was easily one of my best gaming experiences with puzzles. #1
