I mean, the budget looks pretty good based off what we saw in the trailer (visually, at least.) I think it'll do a good job of "growing" the brand. Especially since the brand has been on the backburner for quite some time. Aside from the remake that was made.
Wasn't Jaffe the one who got stuck on something easy in Metroid Dread and started bashing the game because of it? From what I played of GoW 2018, they actually gave Kratos some much-needed depth. I definitely plan to finally go through the newer entries once my PS5 comes in.

That's perfectly fair, I fully understand why people are upset with this game. The developers decision to release digital only was very questionable.
Welp, I finally caved and bought it... Never played the original but this had so many amazing reviews and I've owned the original forever. This is also my first purchase on Epic Games Store... I just couldn't resist when it was discounted to $39.99. And they gave me a 33% off coupon on top of that, so it came out to like $28. I pretty much had no choice, lol.
A lot of people disagree with me, but I just don't care for the Pro controller. It's okay, but it's just not great. I just recently bought a $30 one that feels so much better than the official Nintendo brand. And yes, I agree with this article. I tend to prefer using the Joy-Cons over the Pro controller (for most games.)
Definitely looking forward to trying it out once the demo drops on PC. I used to game a lot with one of the best Tekken players in North America. (Never in Tekken though, I wasn't trying to get annihilated like that lol.) The guy had a crazy technique I'd never seen before. Where he'd keep his controller on the floor while playing. I guess to kind of emulate a fight pad?
In any case, I never got super deep into Tekken, but always enjoyed messing around with...
Probably just going to stick with picking up the slim. I upgraded from a PS4 to the Pro, and it really wasn't worth it in my opinion. Plus, I'm trying to grab a PS5 before FF VII Rebirth launches.
Rebirth is literally the reason I'm buying a PS5, lol. (Granted, I've wanted to for a while. I was going to buy it for FF XVI but got to borrow a PS5 to play that one.) I could wait the extra 3 months for Rebirth to hit PC and it would probably look better with my system. But, I know YouTube is going to spoil everything about it within a week of release.

Yeah... I pretty much agree now, unfortunately... There was a brief time I started to get addicted to it. But that only lasted 2-3 days. Once I started seeing so many copy/paste areas within like 6-7 star systems. It started to dwindle my excitement to go on.

I mean... It's a GTA game. It's going to play like every other GTA game. With some added mechanics thrown in here and there. Everything was in-engine running when we saw the overhead shots of areas. It's also a year or two away from release. What was shown is more than should be expected when the release date is that far off.
Yep, I hardly ever start from the beginning. I think I jumped in at the hour and a half mark. And skipped a whole lot of it. I only ever really watch to see any new game reveals. There were only about 3-4 things I was excited to see throughout. So, it's definitely not worth sitting through the whole 3+ hours just for that.

Wow, if that's true... This goes from instant buy to bargain bin, for me. I've wanted a new Tenkaichi/Sparking game for as long as I can remember. This is not okay though. Definitely not supporting this if a key feature like local multiplayer isn't included.
Nothing is going to kill Call of Duty, but I'd take The Finals over Call of Duty any day.
