Users on TAWKN claim to have had zero problems replacing PS3 units when they had to pay the replacement fee (they had no Warranty).
This person paid for extended warranty, was denied (on camera) by Sony who claims they do not replace them. Yet a phone call to MTC earlier shows they have them in stock there.
Sony ended up calling back saying they could not arrange a unit from MTC to be sent in replacement. Why? #2
