I played Path Of Radiance and it was amazing, even without these twists. One thing Fire Emblem does, though, is blend black and white into gray. I found myself making allegiances with enemies and never quite trusting my own soldiers... really great stuff.
Wolf is the best character from the Star Fox series. There should be a bounty hunting game with him as the main character.
Pretty much all of these puzzles are easy! I mean, the first one... DEAD. All notes. There's a piano. Wow.
In fact, they left out the only challenging puzzle from LoZ TP... the block sliding. The rest of it was easy.
And Prime 3? Are they blind? It's quite obvious once a few bugs grab the morph ball that they are lighter than air. From there it's not that hard to figure out you're supposed to float up to the higher ledge.
All in all, a lame...
I'm glad Nintendo understands gaming. They're not going to rehash Wii Sports, heck, they're not going to even make a similar game to Wii Sports at all. From what Iwata said, Nintendo is interested in fresh experiences and new, creative, exciting games. That destroys any idea that Nintendo's going to ride the Wii Sports craze and make a bunch of waggle games.
Absolutely fake. There's no way they could come up with original or workable fighting styles for these characters. Also, they used widely available character models and pictures for the icons, some of which are quite dated. Considering every character so far has a new, updated look, putting in old art from games for a character icon is just plain unbelievable. Especially since it's only the proposed 'new characters' that have them.
(Haha, he just asked who cared about Smash the Bros Brawl roster!) Well, sir, probably more people than you can count.
Clever marketing. Kudos, Nintendo.
I really think that Disaster will come into its own as a great game... I'm eagerly anticipating what Nintendo has to offer.
I'd agree that all consoles have great points, and all have added something to the industry. I just wish we gamers would take this community spirit and run with it instead of infighting and bringing the industry down. I'm all for competition, but the competition is already THERE (in that all systems have their own exclusive features and titles). It's not up for US, the CONSUMERS, to compete. That's the company's job. As consumers, we choose our product based on what appeals to us and fit...
You spelled your name wrong.
Did you read the article? Just wondering.
While I love Nintendo, they simply refuse to put deep, meaningful stories into their games. Iwata shares Miyamoto's opinion on this. I'm a HUGE story buff. My ideal career right now would be to write video game stories. I guess I'm not getting a job at Nintendo, with the way I write, though...
I'm not saying Nintendo doesn't want any story at all, but it takes FOCUS on story to actually make a good one. If you don't go in trying to write a good story, then the story will s...
I would wipe my whole dang Wii for this (minus save files). I don't care. I want this game so bad.
Glad I've got mine. Hooked up and ready to Smash!
Double Jumps are also out of the question.
...I'd like to say this: 2007 WAS the year of Nintendo. You don't have to like the Wii to recognize this. Nintendo definitely made the biggest splash, sold like hotcakes and won the hearts of the (American, at least) public. Don't start talking about the Wii's 'inferiority', as this is irrelevant. When your console generates as much positive press as the Wii has this year, then you can claim your year.
Hasn't Nintendo already quite explicitly stated there will be no Wii Sports 2? And Donkey Kong of all things? If anything I would say Star Fox.
I've been reading Isaac Asimov's Foundation series recently, and somehow I see a sort of connection. You see, the premise is (in a nutshell), that one man foresaw the future through mathematics and sought to create two 'Foundations' that would assure galactic peace after the impending Galactic Empire collapse. Then, he died, and left his plan to work through the next thousand years. At first, everything went according to the plan. Then, about 300 years in, something he couldn't have predi...
Way to waste bubbles without actually presenting NUMBERS. I looked it up, but I don't really understand all that I see. The PS2 has over twice the polys-per-second of the gamecube, but appears to operate at a slower speed... overall it would have been helpful to actually research and present evidence instead of both insisting you were right by trust alone.
Tales of Symphonia did a really good job with story I think, and I hope the sequel will live up to it. But, honestly, I can't think of another game I've played where I've been speechless at a plot twist.
