I've checked Goldeneye 007, Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. Brawl which all only show the text that is below the "additional fee" comment regarding ethernet/ broadband connection etc. #6.1

Haha, guys age ratings are used as a guideline. Parents are free to let their children play 18+ games if they're comfortable with it, they just shouldn't then turn around and complain when they become excessively violent in later life xD #13
