Need games? It's been like month. The Wii U has been out for a year and has no "must have" titles. I don't see myself purchasing a Wii U at all. I can however see myself buying an Xbox One when it gets redesigned and cheaper within the next 3 years.

Once the inevitable Xbox One "Slim" is released with a price drop and no kinect, I'll happily throw money at it. But at $500 with $100 of it being something I will definitely not use? No thank you!

The only good launch titles are unfortunately the non exclusives: Battlefield 4 and Assassin's Creed 4. Killzone Shadowfall and Dead Rising 3 are decent, but didn't totally blow me away (Killzone did visually). Haven't played Forza yet so I'm not sure about that one.

Ryse is cinematic as hell, but is definitely a rent. Knack, I would wait until we get it on PS+ free next year. They were both really decent games with the main issue being repetitiveness.
I'm buying a 360 for $99 from either Walmart or Target (can't remember which has the deal) on Black Friday. Skyrim and Witxher 2, here I come!
If the PS4 was backwards compatible, it would have cost a lot more. It would require them to put the PS3's CPU in the PS4, which would also make it a lot bigger. The original PS3 had the emotion engine in the system, which was the PS2's CPU, that's why it was so big and cost $600, which even then was sold at a loss.

I'm having issues with the UI. It snaps back to the home screen whenever I open something. Goes directly to "TV & Video" for no reason.

Totally agree. I was peaking at FIFA 14 a little bit, but it would be a waste of $60 on my behalf. I'd barely touch it.
