yeah, the online was really unique in Demon's Souls, though truth be told, I almost always played offline due to technical difficulties with my PS3. ps. If you haven't finished Demon's Souls, I highly recommend it. I was almost done with my second playthrough the last time I put down the controller.
Good point about Enslaved - can a year when a great, unique game sold shit really be considered a good year?
I had a pretty lengthy interview with them about it last year, and I agree that they really want people to overlook the first one. I've heard good things about the sequel though. Hopefully I'll get around to playing it one day.
