Switch is my main console and Im still supportive of emulation. It's nice to know I will be able to play my games when the hardware is no longer supported.
Snatcher on Sega CD is a gem, one of the few systems that got an english translation.
No Switch version is a let down, but maybe they save it for Switch 2 due to performance issues.
I pretty modest showing from Microsoft. I wanted Hi-Fi Rush. The Rare games at the end were a nice touch.
Some games hold up better then others to the test of time, and if you have no nostalgia for an old game that is even more true. GTA SA was my brothers favorite in the series, I never played it at the time but I watched him play it. It was impressive for the time, that's for sure.
Hush now child, it will be alright. There there...
Wow, that was boring. Talk about playing it safe by not naming the games. Oh well.
B/c Microsoft is sorely lacking JRPG's, thats why. Sony on the other hand is covered on that part by miles. I didnt think to write the obvious but I guess things need to be spelled out by some.
Why Microsoft didnt make this a long running series is beyond me, great game for sure.
Lol... putting Wind Waker on number 9 makes this list lose all credibility.
I don't know why they aren't just releasing the info in a simple press-release, are they that scared of the small minority of angry xbox fanboys? Most people will view this as a positive, even most Xbox players will be clueless about the change that their games will be on more platforms. 🤷♂️
I have a bad feeling about this game, my all time favorite ps2 game is going to get butchered.
How much did starfield sell on Xbox? All we got were some smoke and mirrors about player engegement. If the game sold amazing on Xbox, Microsoft would be transparent about it. I bet most people played it on Xbox Game Pass.
Microsoft needs to take full advantage of the entire market now, including PS5 and Switch, since they are the biggest publisher they can't justify staying within their walled garden that has been shrinking year by year. Microsoft is about making money, and they are done bleeding money to the Xbox division.
I would be interested in the first three Gears games, granted, I have them on the 360 but its a hassle to have everything plugged in at the same time. Only they would have to be improved, a remastered version maybe. Sadly, when MS aquired Gears from Epic the quality went down.
Halo is no longer a franshise that I find appealing, but again, the first three games would be fun to revisit for nostalgia. But to be fair, I could do without Halo.
Other than that...
Could be, time will tell.
Most of the "influencers" that are upset by this are a small group of people that are very fanboyish and view everything as Microsoft vs Sony. What I think is clear with Microsoft is that their priorities have shifted from trying to compete with Sony/Nintendo and instead do what most companies want to do, maximize profit. Lets face it, Microsoft will never have the marketshare that Sony/Nintendo get combined, imagine the kind of money Microsoft would make bringing their games to tho...
We won't have to beg, Microsoft will come where the money is at, it's all but semented since they bought Activision-Blizzard-King and Bethesda. Microsoft is about making money, and Xbox is way to small now.
As in, I will pass on that 👌
I have to agree, I'm sure the developers spent a lot of time on this but feels too similar to all the other games of that style.
