On neogaf, someone has stated that a rep stated that it is only for the PS4 for the time being while not being able to divulge any new info. But still, more than likely it will be a multiplat game..
I honestly dont feel worried about the exclusives currently. Sony is running a marathon and MS evidently think it is a sprint, revealing a chunk of their titles at E3.
Gamescon and TGS are gonna be huge for Sony, especially with SSM and ND yet to show off their games.
In the trailers they end with X1 and PS4, but realistically, I think most of the crowd that like FF/KH will gravitate to the PS4.
It will be multiplat, but it might as well be an exclusive based on the games respective fanbases.
Saying its basically like the PS3 has me sold on their policies alone.

Predominantly because those JRPG's are made based off the PS3 to be released in Japan before they are localised.
