One thing I don't understand yet: Is this Mercs III or is it a spin-off like Battlefield Heroes was? #3

I can't believe other gaming sites aren't covering this. This is a huge story! A casual title from popcap up against Dragon Age, The Sims, and Left 4 Dead 2? Wtf...? #8

In response, drivers from NVIDIA and ATI were released yesterday to enable this feature. #1

Absolutely. These things are already hard enough to come by; if you're interested, pre-ordering is a smart move. #17.1

@Toaster
This is a supercomputer-on-a-card, designed for heavy math, Toaster.. It's definitely not a "gaming" card. #6

We'd LOVE to get a sample on the bench. We're thinking this thing is gonna absolutely tear through F@H work units... #3

This is a load of sadness. Overclocking is not "required", no.. It is desired. People who want to tweak, squeeze, go the extra mile. Those who overclock are the same who, as kids, enhanced their stock lego sets, who added stuff to their bikes, who started tweaking out their first car, who spend extra money on high volume fans and heatsinks.

It's a passion, man... Not a requirement. Live a little. #2.1

Man, this one is so worth OCing. I was in the same boat, but after seeing the crazy performance gains possible, I'm having these guys help me out. I made a thread about it on Icrontic forums:

A friend came over with it last night and I got to hear the "talking", and you're right, it's hilarious.

Man, now I REALLY REALLY want this game.. grrr. #3.1

Yep
Yep, I am no longer excited by Next Band Thing. And I LOVE Rock Band. It's getting tired at this point. DJ Hero seems different, but there needs to be a friggin' revolution at this point, not an evolution.

And Band Hero seems like a Taylor Swift branding cluster... #1.1

Speaking to FGS about one gun
I've emailed Futuremark to see if they'll comment on the "one gun" issue. #6

Honestly, I don't know if you've ever actually spoken to a game developer, but the amount of work that goes into "just" a game like this is incredible.

It's $20. It's an indie title. I've spent worse money, that's for sure... (ahem Doom 3... ) #4.3
