Though I don't see what's wrong with a game that isn't complex. I liked Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 the most BECAUSE they are just simple and clean (pardon the pun! haha) games. What was wrong with traveling to different Disney worlds to defeat the Heartless? Did it really need to be any more "complex" that that? :( #3.1.3

I'll be the first to admit that the gaming industry can be sexist at times...but is this article serious? The reason men were presenters is because they are the most recogniseable faces (and the best speakers) in the industry.
Don't just add women for the sake of adding women. Especially when there are people who are better qualified and more well-known to present these things. When more women join the gaming industry and become the primary PR people, THEN we'll see... #4
This is a small point but... It doesn't help that the "U" on the Wii-U logo doesn't even look like a "U". So people who might not be hardcore or avid gamers just see "Wii" written on the box and assume it will be compatible with their Wii.
I don't know how many times I've seen the guy at my local game store attempt to explain to a confused customer who's holding the Wii U box that the Wii U is a whole new console, and not just... #29
I'm not bothered by the devs making her attractive, tbh. I'm just bothered by the idea that the devs think the ONLY way gamers could possibly find her interesting or worth "hanging out with" is if she was attractive. Like, they don't think we'd possibly see the appeal of a compelling and interesting character in a historically accurate gown because...I don't know...she isn't "sexy" enough or something.
To be fair, people would have still bought Uncharted even if they were ugly. Because it's an amazing game. Not because two side-characters were good looking.

@kalkano: It's very strongly hitned at in the game that Squall is Laguna and Raine's son.
The hints I can think of off the top of my head are: Ellone tells Squall that when Laguna was away, Raine had their child but died soon after, so Ellone and the child were sent to Edea's orphanage. Considering Squall's attachment to Ellone, it's likely that child was him.
And on the Ragnarok just before Lunatic Pandora, Laguna will... #2.2.2
When did Rinoa say or even imply she was in love with Seifer? o.O She mentions a brief Summer fling with him and is disappointed he never became a SeeD because she wanted to see him again, but she never said anything about love or even wanting to rekindle their relationship.
If anything, she makes it pretty clear she's no longer romantically interested in Seifer, but also doesn't want to jump-the-gun and assume he's a bad guy just because he made a stupid mistake... #2.1.2
It's pretty naive (dare I say, borderline racist) to assume that Japanese characters are made to look white with the intention of appealing to Western audiences. Because it's simply not true. If you said that to any Japanese person, they'd laugh.
In Japan, it is taken for granted that most anime characters (unless otherwise stated) are Japanese. For example, Sailor Moon (despite having blue eyes and blonde hair) is just as Japanese as Sailor Mars (who has black h... #16.1.2
I had no idea she was meant to be half-black either. It's good to see a mixed-raced female character, but I still find her character design kind of...safe and generic looking.
It'd be pretty cool if Capcom just went balls-out and gave her dark skin or natural hair or more traditionally African features. Design a protagonist who looks like these women and tell any haters/racists to shove it... #7.3

That's actually a really good point. I live near an arcade and whenever I walk past, I'd say about 90% of the people in there are above the age of 18. Not children or young teens. #1
