If someone is trying to screw you over it does not give you the right to break the law. 2 wrongs do not make a right etc. I guess downloading a torrent is still breaking the law but at least if you have paid for the product technically you're not stealing. If you like and play games you should pay for them. By grabbing a torrent you are not affected by DRM, unless of course its a multiplayer game that cannot be 'pirated'.

The 360 does not lack anything. The PS3 has higher rated (better quality) exclusives but this does not mean that the exclusives on 360 are totally crap, there are quite a few must have titles in fact. Better not even get into the subject of 360 having (for the majority) superior multi platform games either.
I'm a huge Blizz fan and I played D3 a bit in the open beta weekend, I liked it and I'll buy it on release day, I'll probably even buy the expensive edition because Blizzard make great collectables.
But just 3 days after D3 Max Payne 3 is out and I'll just have to drop D3 to play that, I mean its R* man. I'm not sure if R* Vancouver pump out the same quality as R* North but I'm sure it will be great anyway.

If the Xbox 360 wasn't worth it, people would not buy it. If Xbox Live wasn't worth it, people wouldn't subscribe to it.

I played and loved Torchlight on PC, but the controls on the 360 version were better imo.
The xbox 360 is proof that you don't need tons of exclusives to remain successful.
This time around for me it was all about the smaller things, like Shep and Garrus shooting 'contest' and then Shep talking with Liara about what to put in the time capsule.
Blizzard have not confirmed that a console version is coming out for sure. However Blizzard have confirmed that there is a team working on the console version, if they like the outcome they will release it.
They are the kind of company who will not release a game they are not totally happy with how it is turning out, even if they have invested a lot in it, they have done before in the past.

It only matters if one of the following reasons is holding you back from owning multiple consoles/handhelds:
1. too poor
2. too stubborn
3. sworn allegiance with x brand
I think GW2 will be a fantastic game, really, I'm looking forward to it myself and will deffo be checking it out, but it is no WoW killer. I think the only thing that will dent WoW subs a tiny bit will be Diablo, but Bliz can be proud of that. As for killing WoW, and when I say kill I mean bring it below 5 mil subs I think only Bliz can do this with Titan.
