Why wait for two games that have no release date? You can purchase this and enjoy it, while you wait for the other two. This makes no sense.
I agree with you 100%. What sucks is the PS4 doesn't support the logitech G27, I hope PCars doesn't suffer because of that.

It's nothing like Horizon 2, PCars is a sim racer, where Horizon, like DriveClub is a arcade racer.

Its not too far from Gran Tursismo and Forza, its more of a sim racer though.
Completely agree, I have a gaming PC and PS4, I'm shocked that the PS4 fared so well in this comparison.
Have you played it? On pc, there is no significant fps drop on my rig atleast. They have it pretty well figured out, and doing a WTC race with 30+ plus cars is just fantastic. If you are playing it and experiencing framerate drops it might be your pc.
I only used its metacritic score to compare it to another success, that is Dying Light.
Sure there is less guns and tanks and stuff like that, but its not a military shooter. As far as fun is concerned, it's by far the most fun Battlefield for me since Bad Company 2, but that's just my opinion.

Critically it already is a success. There is no disputing that. It has a 74 on metacritic, same exact score as Dying Light, and that's been considered a success right? What is up with the hate for Battlefield Hardline?
If he has friends that play, ask one of them, or figure out someway what all his friends play, then get that system. If he doesn't play with friends, pick whichever.

Yea there is lag, its minor, but its noticeable. I mostly use my PSTV for single player games in my den, then play multiplayer/shooters like BF hardline on the PS4 directly in my living room.
Look I love Top Gear, love JC, but he physically assaulted a co-worker. You don't get to keep your job if you do that, the BBC had to fire him.
Now I'm hoping the rumors of Netflix picking up the trio comes to reality. A un-censored Top Gear like show, sign me up.

I agree, I've been enjoying it as well. I think its funny how everyone wants games to do something different, which Hardline has done with its single player campaign, and then it still gets crapped on for being different. Which way do you want it?
I've always been an average to below average multiplayer in shooters, (prefer rpg's) but this game is fantastic, and I actually hold my own in this. I tend to concentrate more on the tasks at hand then my k/d ratio, which in turn helps me score more points.
Xbox One is 900p, PS4 is 1080p.
