@ the downvotes, LOL
@ RickRoland, its the same game. Just loads quicker, and graphically a smidge better. This is coming from someone who has a PS5 and has played it.
@lifeisgamesok
I was talking about the PS5 launch window, not the first year, and even then some of the games you listed don't have release dates yet.
A remake of a 10 year old game and spiderman which is available on PS4 dont jump out to me as true next gen experiences. Really Astros Playroom is it. And I have a PS5.
Demons Souls is a remaster, there is nothing next gen about it. I'll give you Astro's Playroom, but thats basically a tech demo. I have a PS5.
@SullysCigar
A remastered game i wouldn't call a true next gen game.
You can play Spiderman on PS4.
Please tell us what great exciting next gen games are out for PS5? Neither console launched with a must have next gen experience, they just didn't.
You are correct. And to be fair games for the PS5 are just as sparce. There is no must have next gen launch game for either console.
Lets just hope the devs actually utilize the features of the controller, thats my fear. Look at the touch pad on the last Sony controller, it was used a little bit in cool ways early on in the generation, then it was just an afterthought.
Especially on this site. If your opinion is even slightly negative towards Sony you get downvoted to oblivion here. Its funny how its ok to be honest and negative on this site about Microsoft if thats how you feel, but god forbid you feel that way about sony lol.
Its because if you say anything good about Microsoft around here you get the downvotes. For whatever reason Sony can do no wrong and Microsoft does no right on this site.
You are trying too hard. The Forza Horizon 4 looks amazing on the series X.
@Deathdeliverer - Its launch day of a new console, theres always issues.
Care to make some points as to how the "xbox is currently nothing compared to the PS5"? Jesus is that some hyperbole.
Lets be realistic, both these consoles are launching with no killer next gen game, they just aren't. Yes the Playstation has a new controller that is hyped up, and we'll see how that plays out in the long game. The PS4 controller had new tech on it that hardly any game took advantage of later in the console life (the touch pad). The Xbox is the ...

Pretty sad outlook man. To care that much over video game companies, yikes.
You do know HDMI 2.0 can do 4k HDR @ 60fps right? HDMI 2.0 has been out since 2013, so if its a HDR tv it'll do exactly what your saying it cant. Now if your trying to get more then 60fps out of an HDR tv you will need HDMI 2.1.
Lets hope this is sarcasm....
