I wish people would stop comparing it to COD or KZ, its in no way the same type of gameplay. You may as well compare Wipeout to Gran Turismo since they are both fundamentally racing games.

If you think MW2 is photo-realistic then you need an optician, in fact its probably too late for that as you are on the verge of permanent blindness.
Forget Killzone 2 for a moment - Modern Warfare 2 graphics are very basic and in some places just plain hideous. Take a look at one of the "photo-realistic" trees or shrubs in MW2 - THEY ARE FLAT 2D SHAPES ! you can actually angle yourself so the branches become a 1 pixel thick line down your screen.

Sver, i played Raven in the Beta and they look a bit too space age - also the accents were a bit annoying.
So do you wait until all the reviews come in and then buy the games which score around 8.5 ? But then that would mean you do care after all about the review scores !

like ive said above even if the game turns out utter rubbish then at least the infrastructure is there to be improved upon. The game is an innovation that can lead to better experiences in the future.

Regardless of how MAG pans out then the fact is that this kind of large scale multiplayer network code now exists for PS3, not on the competition.
People might say "MAG's graphics arnt as good as (insert game)", but the possibility now exists for other 1st party developers to pick up Zippers network code and improve upon it. Imagine MAG meets KZ2, or MAG meets Warhawk, MAG meets Fat Princess ?
I dont expect MAG to be the pinnacle of gaming, i think like...
Each round of combat affects a persistant world with bonuses awarded to the winning factions. Its my understanding that when a faction completely wins then the world gets reset although this is hasnt happened yet.
Theres also some cool little things associated with the war like if you look at your factions website (they each have their own) then you can see your pmc's share price fluctuate in accordance with the ingame performance.
