Tony Hawk... what a waste of love...
Suppose you're seeing a game on sale a year after launch. What's more useful, a review of how the product was at launch or a review of how the product is now? I'm assuming the latter.
Drop a Titan on it!
Finally... a PS4 exclusive that I REALLY want. Give me a couple more, and I'll pick one up.
Nothing like getting a copy of a game I traded in 4 years ago (Civ Rev). I liked it, but, damn, it's been forever. Anybody who wanted to play it already has.
Prepare for Titanfall...
I'm going to need to see some good reviews for South Park before I jump. Obsidian's track record is a bit spotty.
Is Titanfall out yet? How about now? Now? Gahhhhhhhhhhhhh
Still pretty empty. More excited for Thief at the end of the month.

I myself had it at #7 of the year. Gameplay was great, and I loved exploring and finding the challenge tombs. Story I thought was good, though I don't think it's what makes the game great.
Keep the party going, cause I can't be there until May...
Part of the problem with "Consensus Lists" is that some of those more artful or personal favorite types get dropped. I think all of us were sad for a title or 2 that got dropped (I weep for Witcher 2...)
No MGS4 because none of us like it. We have two huge Sony fans on our staff and they both hate it.
Much, much higher.
Last of Us and Bioshock Infinite both have the same problem: great storytelling paper over weak gameplay.
Europa Universalis IV should be higher.
The article says the author doesn't want it back. In what way is that lack of research?
Let's reach way back. How about Kursk with modern weapons?
You'd like to think by now they figured it out. There's always hope, right?
