Xbox need a revamp. First, they need to ditch the whole management team and replace them. And they need to do a revamp on the development team. It's a mess.

The original Xbox was great. The 360 was good. The One is an embarrassment. The entire Xbox management team gotta go. With so much failure to release brand new games, you would think they would start firing people. And how is Phil not fired yet? He is worse than Don Mattrick. Don was a douche bag, but at least he didn't bury studios left and right like Phil Triple H Spencer

Cool. Fight Night Round 5 should have been out by now.
Instead of spending billions on Minecraft, they could have used that money to form studios and hire some talented developers. Xbox would be in better shape if it was owned by Samsung. Asian companies know what gamers want, unlike the stupid western companies.
