There is no way in hell a system designed three years out now could not do 4K on many many games. But it might be 30FPS. It might be that or this or whatever. It all depends on the game and the devs and their intentions.

There is nothing better that could have happened other than Koj being fired. This is the most overrated and stale series on the planet earth. The stories are terrible, the gameplay is pretty good, and everything else is average. I've never seen so much love for a series with such horrible writing and story based gameplay. I gave up after 4. That jonny and meryl shit was too much to take and the game overall just kind of sucked all told.
IDK man, it may or may not go main right now. A lot of people will eventually get into it and by ten years everyone will have access to it.
