I still can't understand the extra weight assigned to TDP. Even at it's worst it's an extra $20-30(Ballpark) per year. I couldn't care less about that little in energy savings when the value proposition still comes out strong for AMD

They obviously need to change something. While they're still immensely profitable they can't rest on their laurels and risk being trumped in the PC market nor can they afford to have Windows Phone fall any farther behind. I've been a staunch Windows user since 3.1 and love Windows 7 to death. I'd hate to see them supplanted by someone else
I'm seriously starting to tire of these kinds of articles, if they can even be called that. Both Sony and Microsoft are publicly traded companies and look to have the best possible profit margin within reason. Granted they are going about it different ways but please don't mistake that for caring about gamers. They are simply trying to return value to their shareholders

Am I the only one who thinks online passes are the lesser evil in all of this? The Developers get money if you buy used and you get the game for a discount with the online multiplayer if you want it. Since there is obviously gonna be some kind of restriction, I'd rather take that than anything else

I've noticed none of these hacks while playing the game. It seems like a lot of what you're referring to is latency in the game(You get hit once and die in your screen but on his killcam it shows he hit 4-5 times). Everyone knows that MW in general has a very high degree of Aim assist(go into a private free-for all and see how the cursor directs your movement) so that might be the aim-bot that you're referring to.
I've never understood what they mean by moving the series forward. The physics have gotten better each iteration as have the graphics and car selection. The gameplay still is great and contrary to this review online is exceptionally easy to play. What more do you people want... jesus
I'm getting tired of these damn articles about the game industry needing saving. People aren't spending money on games because they have no discretionary spending money left after paying their bills. As people begin to have more security in their jobs and more confidence in the recovery of the economy the industry's sales will go back up. Any talk before then is premature
I knew that some gamers thought they were elite but damn you guys are hating hard right now. I love MW2 multiplayer. It's got it's fair share of problems(more than any other FPS ive played) but it's fun as hell and is that not the point of games. I played the hell out of KZ2 which takes alot of skill so i think I have a pretty good handle on what makes a fun game for me. I just can't understand why you guys just don't stop hating. My brother has this game and has been playing it quite a little bit. Based off what i've seen this game deserves all the sales and praise it's getting, and by extension, Bioware also. I don't know why people are hating on it for, it's a great game.
I don't agree with the article since the Wii has been a huge success and I still have my great gaming on my PS3.
