Based upon sales, R&C didn't do so well for being such a great game.
It was a platformer, so looking at Uncharted sales (which are better) it would makes sense to go with that instead of Jax (platformer).
Ok, first off, I've been playing my PS3 on an LCD monitor both through a DVI port and VGA. In your case, for VGA, you use the component cable and a component to VGA (or DVI) adapter that you can get on ebay.
Second off, there's great single player games that you missed like Ratchet and Uncharted that are just like (and better IMO) Heavenly Sword. A couple of games that make great use of the sixaxis are Loco Roco and the new Bowling game just released.

Let's see, there's no freezing problems for games like CoD4 and Oblivion. From way back when to the present, some of the best cross platform games have been problem free on the PS3.

Yea, good to hear, and I hope the new smaller gfx chips that get put into the next version make everything more stable, less power hungry, and quieter. Builds my confidence back in the hardware.
For me, it's the Asian martial arts theme clashing with the Shakespearean screenplay cut scenes that do not work well together.
Heavenly Sword also only scored a 7.5 in my book because of short game length and slightly above average game play mechanics.
The bar has also been further raised for single player games by ROTD & Uncharted.
I think Ninja Theory would be better off making a new franchise tailored to their strengths which are in game cut scen...
