Two scenarios.
1) Microsoft will make the 720 have around the same specs as the PS4, with Kinect being optional.
2) The 720 won't be as powerful as the PS4 but will upscale the graphics and will become the 'middle' next-gen console (between the Wii U and PS4), making it more affordable than the PS4 and still next gen, with Kinect being mandatory and always-on.
If it's the latter, then Microsoft can kiss my ass. #20

Sony really need to advertise it, and release it in more countries.
