Man, it's an Elder Scrolls game. There has never really been an ES game that hasn't deserved GOTY. I still frequently play all, mostly DF though.
I don't care what anyone says, despite it's flaws and technical hiccups Oblivion was, and still is, a fucking awesome game. And the mods make it even better.
Can't wait for this. It's certainly GOTY, I can say that now with 100% certainty.
Bad Company 2 runs at 30 FPS on consoles, at a low resolution with relatively low graphic settings. Now imagine that on huge maps with 64 players, destruction and other upgrades to the engine and game itself. You're that on a 6 year old console?
My point: consoles aren't powerful enough unless you want them to hugely gimp the graphics quality. And if they did that, you still wouldn't be satisfied because the PC players would STILL be getting a vastly more superior...
If you like generic shooters, sure.
Worth it? This is what Steam has been giving for years, totally free.
I REALLY want to play more BC2, but the problem is there's no teamwork AT ALL. Everyone, either on Attacker or Defender, just likes to sit at spawn as Recon. I wish DICE would limit Recon per team.

We'll still have higher resolutions, forced AA and AF. They may cap the framerate though. If this is running on UE3 (is it?) then it shouldn't be too hard to uncap the framerate.
The best thing about this = completely backwards compatible!
