Metro 2033 is a good game, not too similar too Fallout though. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is awesome. Borderlands is great with friends. Rage... meh. Bioshock I wouldn't really compare to Fallout.

Fallout 3 & NV were decent, but if you want to play great games then play Fallout 1 & 2. #4
