Actually quite a few games have been discounted before launch on Amazon this fall, including but not limited to Halo 5, Fallout 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Star Wars Battlefront for $49.99 each for Prime members if preordered. That and quite a few people like Best Buys GCU program which gets them 20% off on new games as well. That and a few years back it was very common to get $10-$20 gift cards when games were preordered.
CryptXSh0ck is absolutely correct. I should have mentioned that in my original posting, sorry.
Glad I could help spread it around, but not my handy work though. It originated from Deader2818 on the cheapassgamer forums, so he deserves your true thanks though :)

Definitely always a possibility, especially considering Mass Effect 3 was also delayed from its original fall 2011 release date to March 2012. It will be over 4 years since Mass Effect 3, if Mass Effect Andromeda does release next Fall, so that might be enough time for them though, considering Mass Effect 3 only had a little over 2 years from Mass Effect 2.
Actually, the official E3 2015 trailer states Holiday 2016.
Actually, if you watch the official Mass Effect Andromeda E3 2015 trailer over on Mass Effects official Youtube channel, it does in fact say Holiday 2016. SO there's a very good chance actually. https://www.youtube.com/wat...
And if you haven't picked it up already, you might as well wait another month for black friday, because I'm sure this game will be like $20 then.
Dude tell me about it. I plan on getting Fallout 4 on PS4, because i play all my third party games on there and buying a halo 5 Xbox One to play the exclusive games on there, but if they have an amazing Fallout 4 Xbox One, imma have to get that instead
Why not? You're so keen on justifying calling them desperate right? What's really so desperate about this video? It's just a few random quotes from critics and fans alike. There's nothing wrong with that. At least they're up front and say "Fans and critics have spoken." Honestly, make your own decision, a trailer like this should never make it for you anyways. Go watch some gameplay footage on Youtube or watch a livestream, if you like what you s...
Or maybe consider the fact that overall gamers have in fact been enjoying the game more than critics, so it makes sense from that perspective. I've always found regulars gamers opinions on games more helpful than critics by far.
You have to have prime and go through the check out process. It'll show you the $52.99 then, not on the games page.
On the top left of Amazon is a tab called "Shop by department", scroll over that, find video games with movies and music. Once you click video games, on the left side of the video games page click 'shop deals' and all the current and upcoming lightning deals will be there. Scrolling down the page will be other non prime day specific deals as well.
You can choose, they usually include the choice on each individual games page, though digital tends to always be a more expensive. For example, the physical version for PS4 is $20 right now, while the digital version for PS4 is $60.
Hopefully they come out with a demo for it like FF14 has so we can try it out
Welp. I was expecting a bit of a price increase, but not by that much :/
It does. It completely unraveled my heartstrings...
You're a squid now!... What the sh*t now..?
They wanted to show off their new playable character, what's wrong with that? It's great they're showing Emily front and center. They'll have plenty of time to show off Corvo before release.
Exactly. While we can praise them for not wanting to do yearly releases of their games, they should still be accountable for other terrible practices. That goes for any publisher/developer as well.
