The PS3 is a great console, but a big price drop isn't going to increase sales that much. It will increase the sales a bit, but the UK prefers Xbox over the PS3 a little bit more. it may tie up weekly sales. A price drop would help in Europe and in Japan where gamers prefer the PS3. It seems the UK and definitely the US prefer the Xbox over the PS3. I plugged a video I did a while ago about what Sony need to do regarding the PS3 to gain some more momentum. #37
