As long as there is consumer demand for these games, they will always be made. Look at movies. Hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars per flick. I think gaming has grown and will stay. Regardless of cost of development.

This is a fair price for someone new getting into BF3. I paid 110.00 for the same package at launch. I know EA can be greedy, but this honestly doesn't feel that bad. EA has quadroupled the number of official servers and the premium edition drops the same day as armored kill on xbox. These season passes are going to be the norm now. I am sure that all future releases will come with a pass. It's the new way the dev can make more money. If we buy a pass, we won't sell the game or trade it in. Plus, it ensures that ppl will play the game longer than usual. It's not bad imo because it's optional. I own both systems. I'm leaning PS3 since I personally like Square on PS3 and United Front made Mod Nation, so I think PS3 on this one. Installs don't matter to me. I have 250gb on both systems. Does anyone else think that the sound may be better on bluray?
