Possibly, but it doesn't stop you doing it on a laptop or an ipad and connecting that to a TV. So I'm not sure if that is the reason for the delay. They'll bring it out eventually but I guess they're not bothered with the install base at the moment.
No plans for Sky Go at the moment, only "Now TV" which is coming in the Summer. Why? Only Sky knows!
I'm quite enjoying this game. I can understand why poeple find it repetitive and it could have done with more variety to break it up, but having said that, I've found the combat system can be quite satisfying. And, it looks amazing.
Well I think you're probably right, when someone says they prefer Microsoft's games it is most likely down to the "Four Pillar IP's" as you described. And the problem is you don't always have the opportunity to try out Sony's exclusives, so you might never know what you're missing out on. I know I've missed out on PS exclusives in the past, some of which I really wanted to play and I'm sure to some extent that is true the other way around (for some pe...
I did want a PS3, but it would have meant having two consoles at the same time, since I still wanted to play certain games on the 360. And that meant getting that idea past my wife!
At some point I may get a Sony TV so I can play some of the classics on PS Now though. I can mask that one quite easily at least.
We can only really look into the next couple of years as far as upcoming games are concerned, beyond that is anybody's guess. And as far as games announced so far, I prefer Microsoft's lineup. But, I do realise Sony has the better track record as far as longevity is concerned. That is why I wrote what I did at the end. Microsoft having to chase Sony may change things this time around.
I agree with you when you say buy what you feel is going to give you the best bang f...
Why would they need a price cut? It's selling better than the 360 did and how long did it take for that price of that to drop! Zavvi is dying, it needs sales, that is all this is.
GAME had these ridiculous overpriced game/controller/xbox live bundles with the Day One edition. It's possible they just stripped the bundles away now that the xmas frenzy is over and are now left with the Day One editions on their own for sale.
You do know the 360 version isn't made by respawn, right? You're kidding yourself if you think the 360 and X1 versions will be identical.
Sorry but that makes no sense whatsoever.
This shouldn't have even been approved. The 360 version is being developed by somebody else so why would it hold back any other version. More flamebait nonsense.
Agreed. Look's like it wasn't decision taken lightly and seems to be based on a sweet spot for the fun factor.
@Gamer1982
No.
It's 6v6 on PC as well.
I wonder how many negative comments on here are coming from people who were actually going to buy this game. MMmmm....
Personally, I've had some of the best MP experiences playing 4v4 on Halo 2/3/4 etc. Team Slayer was always the most popular match type for a reason, and I'm not saying Big Team Slayer wasn't fun, but for me at least, I can't see a smaller player count being a major problem.
So far, everyone who has played this game has ra...
I get the feeling the TV show won't tie into the next Halo game, in the same way as Quantum Break, but it could be a prelude to the game - that would certainly get the hype train going.
I'm interested to see what they come up with. I though Forward Unto Dawn was pretty cool.
It says user's feedback you troll. Why would a user who already owns the system demand a kinect-less one?!?
Would make more sense to release some software that would actually make the kinect worth having.
X1 is still selling shed loads regardless of falling behind Sony, so I guess it's just a case of wait and see what happens further down the line.
Why can't we just have a new Tie Fighter/X-wing game!
@Fr0sty - Double Helix made Killer Instinct, not Rare.
Here's some Xbox One footage:
