Sorry if the title was misleading, to my credit I made sure it was only under the PC channel though. Coulda been one of those douche bags that checks every single channel the game falls under even when it only applies to a particular version.
"I hope and pray that there will be a LFD2."
There doesn't even have to be a second game the way Valve runs their post launch support.
Already out for the 360: http://n4g.com/News-320513....
15 MB for the premium download, 10 MB for the free download.
The Level cap comes with the actual Broken Steel DLC released on May 5th, this is a title update in preparation for the content.
That is hands down the best sentence of 2009.
The link you refer to in the article is for a L4D blog post from March that shows Valve mentioning that all updates that are released for the PC version of the game will also be released for the Xbox 360 down the road. The patch notes are listed in the post itself and can be accessed by restarting Steam.
What are you talking about? The update hit Steam today...
so, you fail.
The game was pulled off for some reason, there's a demo release page that says it's for immediate release and is now available, I'm guessing there was some kind of issue with the download they need to fix.
Actually I found the info on the Stardock forums.
Yeah, they've dealt with a bunch of bullshit for this game's launch thus far.
That's exactly why I'm looking forward to them, as soon as the survivors have to deal with a wide open area they get a hallway, and vice versa. So you really have to plan out where to attack and pick your spots.
My buddy and I have been running Death Toll and Dead Air just looking around for great spots for when we play on the infected side, and Valve really seems to have a handle on getting survival mode right--putting in all kinds of variables to make sure each go at it is a unique experience.
I've been waiting for its release date to come like it was a new game.
Yeah, there's really no news here at all.
Great game, some truly awesome moments with yourself when you realize the puzzle you've been working on for a half hour was easily solvable in thirty seconds, but at least you figured it out.
Just got it, gonna go play it.
You have to think we'll be getting it sometime.
pisses gold, craps diamonds.
cuz it's been pulled from Xbox Live:
