Not going to feel any compunction about pirating their games, then. Why pay money to own nothing when I can get the same from downloading it elsewhere? If you want my money, give me ownership and not just a subscription to a digital key you can revoke at any time.

It's an okay mediocre shooter-style game with typical RPG bloat. It dragged on way longer than it should have, though. If you're not looking to play only 'the best' it will definitely be enjoyable.

***Did you have the same opinion when Jim Ryan was partying with folk he laid off 24 hours later? ***

I did! Thanks for asking. Sony is also doing layoffs for more profit, not out of need. Thank you for asking! Did you know that I don't like corporate greed in general?!?

The Spice... I mean profits must flow!

And, let's be honest, it's not about the need for profits, it's the desire for even more profit. They weren't losing money, they wanted to make more. It's the greed, not the need.

I think Elda is referring to getting into hardware in the first place. I don't agree. We need more hardware competition, IMHO.

I'm definitely questioning it. Seems entirely unnecessary since there's been no sign of peak optimization by first-party, let alone third. This will just move more focus on more graphics push than fix steady 30fps/60fps modes.

On the flip side, and a bit of devil's advocate here, when they do put the game out on your platform, if you don't buy it are you telling them you want their games or that they were right in the first place to skip the platform to begin with? The Yakuza games did great when they went to Xbox, even though it was the first time. Now all the games are going there. People didn't ignore them just because they weren't on there at the same time as PS3/4/5. They showed interest and th...

Good main storyline and some good side stuff, but they need to cut back on the travel bloat in the future. Retreading old places as much as you do in this game just wasn't fun and felt like a chore in of itself. I do hope there's a sequel because I really want to see where they go from the possible endings and hope they expand on that rather than the ole 'let's do a prequel!' trick.

Arkham combat system wouldn't have saved Kill the Justice League. It's still a piecemeal-ed together set of attempts at story to sell a GaaS system of repeating content.

Almost the entirety of those would not have been allowed, though, they didn't come from reliable sources known for vetting their insiders. We failed those old rumors, though.

1. Rumors have been allowed, just not anonymously sourced rumors.
2. Articles are explained in our guidelines (as are all article types) found at https://n4g.com/articles/ou... (look for Story Type heading).
3. It was blatantly obvious. The original was the top story and had the same title. If you're going to approve things, perhaps look at the top news item first? The goal here is to make sure...

Oh, apologies, I just got the impression that you didn't know how aggregate sites worked.

Social news aggregators collect the most popular stories on the Internet, selected, edited, and proposed by a wide range of people. "In these social news aggregators, users submit news items (referred to as "stories"), communicate with peers through direct messages and comments, and collaboratively select and rate submitted stories to get to a real-time compilation of what is currently perceived as "hot" and popular on the Internet." Social news aggregators are b...

We're more focused on individuals rather than overall sources. IGN might have some trusted sources, but we don't want to apply that to IGN overall when they've promoted rumors that have been quite ridiculous as well. For example, I might have insider knowledge on a certain game, that doesn't extend to other moderators, though.

@Einhander I mean, you could just look at failed rumors right now to see a different idea of what is failed more often from what platform https://n4g.com/channel/all... (hint: majority are about PS5/Sony)

But, having said that, you're allowed your perception, no discounting that, and I recognize it. But, this is made to allow more credible anonymous rumors from all sources. I...

***But the information was 100% accurate. So this rumor did in fact have credible information. Also, what about Tom Henderson's track record would lead you to believe that he didn't vet his source?***

That's not the goal of the anonymous rumors guidelines. Never has been. The guidelines existed to prevent all anonymous rumors as most are not credible and created for the goal of spreading sensation and getting clicks. An anonymously sourced rumor could be true. I...
