PS4 - The Last of Us Remastered(95), Bloodborne (93), Final Fantasy Realm Reborn(86), Guilty Gear Xrd(85), MLB14 The Show(83), Infamous Second Son(80), LBP3(79), Samurai Warriors 4(76), Killzone Shadow Fall(73), DriveClub(71), The Order 1886(65)....and coming up MLB15 The Show. Hes not wrong about what hes saying. For a system thats only 16 months old, that is not a bad exclusive lineup so far. Fact is between the PS4 and the Xone, the PS4 is the only system ...
@stragomccloud - A job working as a videogame spokesperson would be awesome. Getting paid a nice salary while just sitting around playing and talking about videogames all day? For some reason, I can see myself doing that. LOL Unfortunately for me, im just another gamer in a long line of gamers that is super impressed with how awesome of a game Bloodborne is.
@AndrewLB - Im not saying competing developers would talk trash about another studios game. They just usually dont go out of their way to publicly compliment the game either or say anything about it all. I just think its nice to see when a game like Bloodborne is so well respected throughout the entire gaming community that even companies outside of Sonys first party studios are publicly saying good things about it.
@MichaelLito "The PS4 hit the 1 million milestone in September, and the Xbox One followed in November; that makes for 2 million out of 3 million; we aren’t told how the other 1 million is split, though considering that the PS4 is more popular in the UK than the Xbox One, it’s not a stretch to assume it is slanted in Sony’s console’s favor." - Quote from article 1186d ago 8 agree0 disagreeView comment
Bloodborne is proving to be the biggest game release of March and is an excellent addition to the growing PS4 library. With all of these 9.0 and 10.0 review scores across the board, I believe Bloodborne could definitely be an early contender for GOTY. I said it before and I'll say it again. Bloodborne just set the bar pretty high for the rest of 2015. On a side note...its great to see even people from companies outside of Sony are praising the game including Microsoft, R...
Infamous Second Son and Infamous First Light were both great additions to the PS4 library last year. I definitely cant wait to see where Sucker Punch goes next with this franchise.
At Sonys E3, I expect to see more about Uncharted 4 and the new IP's from Santa Monica Studios, Guerilla Games, Media Molecule, Sony Bend and Quantic Dreams. Definitely more about Project Morpheus and maybe even a Gran Turismo 7 announcement (or at least a GT6 Remastered). Either way, E3 is going to be very exciting for Sony this year.
Its amazing that the PS4 has been able to maintain its sales lead in the UK (as well as the rest of the European market) without having to drop in price. The worldwide demand for the PS4 has been pretty impressive.
Bloodborne wont be the only viable contestant for Game of the Year....but its definitely the first. We already pretty much know the gaming lineup throughout the entire first half of the year. Based on that, as far as retail games with ***confirmed*** release dates go, my early guess right now for potential GOTY candidates would have to be Bloodborne, Batman Arkham Knight, Metal Gear Solid V, Witcher 3 and Halo 5.
Some people think November sales in the U.S. is all that matters. They forget the year has 11 other months. While some people are waiting for November to experience big retail exclusive games on the Xbox, gamers on the PS4 already have an overall pretty good retail lineup this year with Bloodborne, The Order 1886 and MLB15 The Show. Bloodborne already set the bar pretty high for the rest of 2015 and can possibly even be considered an early contender for Game of the Year. This...
Both the PS4 and the Xone have performed very well so far. But between the two consoles, all the cards are definitely stacked in Sonys favor heading into E3 this year. The PS4 has been enjoying a massive sales lead worldwide for almost a year and a half. The PS4 already has the 2 highest rated exclusive games that passed the 90+ ratings on Metacritic in The Last of Us Remastered (95) and Bloodborne (93). While the Xone is doing a good job of playing catch up...
PS4 currently has 2 games with a Metascore above a 90: The Last of Us Remastered (95) and Bloodborne (93). Thats pretty impressive for a 1 year old system.
With all of these 9.0 review scores across the board, I believe Bloodborne could definitely be an early contender for GOTY.

Bloodborne is getting some great scores across the board. GameInformer gave it a 9.75. Everyone else is giving it around 9.0 scores. As of right now, its sitting on a 93 on metacritic with almost 30 reviews. Not a bad start at all. Definitely the biggest new game release of March and a great addition to the PS4 library.
Excellent scores across the board. Ive been saying for weeks, Bloodborne is my most anticipated game of March.
They did a great job with Resistance Retribution on PSP a few years ago (they also did Uncharted Golden Abyss on Vita a couple of years ago). How great would it be if they are now taking over the Resistance franchise.
As far as retail games go, my personal list would include The Last of Us Remastered, Infamous Second Son, Killzone ShadowFall, MLB14 The Show, LittleBigPlanet 3 and Drive Club. I would also give The Order 1886 an honorable mention. I know it didnt review as well as those other games, but it was still a very enjoyable game and a promising new IP franchise. I expect both Bloodborne and MLB15 The Show to make the list as well this week.
There are a lot of good games dropping this month including Battlefield Hardline, Resident Evil Revelations 2 and MLB15 The Show. But Bloodborne is definitely my most anticipated game of March.
