totally agree with this - and honestly, with the EA factor. But even with DA2 I more than got my money's worth of fun out of it. Sure I wanted more from the environments and the rigidity of the main quest was...well. I'll just stop there. ;) I still want MOAR DA. :)
I'm in the "gimme both" camp.
Must have immediately.
"No bubble system" doesn't mean "no system" - it means no bubble system. :)
Announced! http://n4g.com/user/blogpos... You can always check here: http://n4g.com/user/blog/ca...
go with your gut
We have something that spits out a user at the end of the month, then I just check for things that affect qualification.
We have a comment lottery every month, so it should be on par :D (for example, you already survived http://n4g.com/user/blogpos... )
And there weren't that many reviews, so you should probably eat an extra smelly pair
No, we're creating a June contest around guessing which word it was. My guess: panegyric
:D Hey, I'm confident my platinum on that speaks for itself. I did feel really terrible for him...
I am not! Not in my skill set :) (and I would disclose that sort of thing to you guys) just became interested in the title and the guys have been great to work with. I *am* a backer of the KS. :D Edit: see Shadowforge reply below!
No/yes - it's something we talk about more tmrw, in Part Two.
Any interview where there's a natural Tolkein segue is a win for me.
Have I got good news for you...
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll pursue it, if it doesn't work out for this year there's always next. :) As some noted, this is not the final list, just a few of the confirmed developers for July. :) Some - like Hello Games - wanted to participate but decided to opt for another time as they focus on the development of their game!
I hope you got a chance to read the mini Q&A, as this came up! :) It's definitely a crowdfunding hazard.
Thanks for reading everyone! Looking forward to more indie fun this July!
You're right, thatgamecompany hasn't confirmed involvement yet, but Funomena has - and that team includes former thatgamecompany folks Robin Hunicke and Martin Middleton.
I want to reply (ineffectively?) on behalf of Shadowforge - our anti-spam bot has decided to try and murder his account so he's having trouble replying to you all - but he wants to!
