Finally a racing wheel not by Thurstmaster.
For people with a Logitech wheel. It is apparently not a chip or driver issue.
It is a license issue. Logitech/Sony need to pay Immersion for support on the PS4. Current license includes up to PS3.
Just read this thread

Sign the petition if you want Logitech and Fanatic wheels to be compatible with the PS4. Well I did.

I bought the Logitech G25 and I am not going to buy a new wheel. This a Sony issue. I can understand no mp3 or dlna, but no support for these gaming steeringwheels is a slap in the face of gamers. Sony could use the same drivers on ...
Quote from wikipedia
"In 1982, Atari released their first controller with a potentiometer-based analog joystick for their Atari 5200 home console."
So was Nintendo the first to use analog sticks? No.
Sony used two sticks. Two analog sticks has been THE standard for PS2, Gamecube, Xbox, PS3, Xbox360, Wii classic controller, ps vita, WiiU, PS4 and Xbox One.
Not to mention the controllers for pc.
You can just buy the games in 2012. You don't have to buy the 2011 line-up on day one.
Rockstar isn't developing LA Noire. They are only publishing it. Team Bondi is doing all the magic.
Hades was awesone, also my favorite. And technically Kronos was not a boss, but a moving level. You didn't actually fight him.
I just played the UK version on my PS3. And I live in the Netherlands. The game is glitchy, but still very fun. Voice acting is very bad, but two-handed combat is great fun. Later in the game I want to try the magic stuff.
...looks also impressive

...fans of Godzilla call the american version Gino (Godzilla In Name Only).
Lets call this guy in the socalled reboot Dino.
What I want from DMC-reboot is the original team(s) and director(s) from DMC(3) working on it.
watch a video-review from gametrailers again.
1) because of major spoilers
2) After all the bashing on this game and the first Uncharted, they are giving Uncharted 2 a 9.3. I call damage control. The 9.3 is just to please the PS3 gamers. In their comments gametrailers show their true colors 'again'.
next-gen begins with new franchises on a new console.
Example:
PS2 started a lot of great franchises : Devil May Cry, Ratchet, Jak, God of War, Sly Cooper, Burn Out, Onimusha, ICO&Shadow.
PS3 started his own franchises: Eye of Judgement (innovative?), Uncharted, Resistance, Heavenly Sword, LBP, MotorStorm, Heavy Rain, Infamous.
This is the most simple way to differentiate one generation from another.
Second) The author of this so ...
But with less colours/colors like Saboteur.
That's the vibe I am getting. But who knows, maybe it will be different.
But looking at those old screenshots from God of War. It looks very dated. In HD it will be more obvious.
God of War 2 still looks great. And in HD the game looks like those high-resolution screenshots on the internet from GOW2.
And yes we really need ICO and Shadow of the Colossus in HD. Pretty please.
So you already have seen this application running on the PS3 and PSP? [end sarcasm]
You totally missed the intention of the demonstration.
...was a similar apllication running seamless on the PS3 and PSP. The app also supported video.
Was Photosynth used for the Obama speech?? I remember they were demonstrating something like Photosynth with a touch-screen-table and Obama speech photo's.
...it's a "wait and see policy". Wait until the final versions are released.
Go back to your console/platform and enjoy your games.
I agree 200 %.
Ico should be renderended in 720p/1080p with he same graphics. There are already screenshot of Ico in much higher resolution than 640x480. I think Ico was even rendered at a much lower resolution than 640x480.
With Shadow of the Colossus the games has to be 1080p wide-screen. And more draw-distance with less pop-ups from mountains. Again, screenshot on the internet are more higher-res than 480p.
Sony is showing the stage of development of motion tracking with the PS Eye (technology). This is not new tech (E3 2005).
Microsoft is showing an interface with motion tracking and voice-control (service). I think it is still of limited use for games, because of the lack of precision.
This is an evolution of the excisting technology. Sony already showed techdemo's in E3 2005 with moving the cups. What Sony showed at E3 2009 was just an continuation of that technology. Instead of tracking cups the camera is tracking a wand with greater precision. I wasn't blown by the demonstration, because similar technology have already been shown. But it is good to know Sony technology is on the same level as Motion plus and other solutions.
I fail to see how Sony copied this id...
Since GTA3 I imagined playing GTA in fps. Watch the fear in the persons eyes, when you drag him/her out of their car. That's immersion.
GTA5 is definitely on my radar now.
And FPS on that dirt bike. Remember Motorstorm first trailer/targetrender.
Of course to get a better understanding of the surroundings. Third person is the way to go.
