I completely agree with you, but this experience is being formed around the mobile experience, whereas GTA and Lara Croft weren't.
One would think that a full time college student with a 25 hour a week job and a website to help run would get all of the time in the world to play Mass Effect, isn't that right?
Thank you for your open-minded perspective. Not only did I pay $60 for my own copy of the game, I paid $80 for the Collector's Edition. The review was typed solely on a voluntary/hobby basis.
Also, I should note, read the last paragraph of the review. Clearly you didn't read it, and you only looked at the score.

Yeah but if you think about it, how many kids lie about their age online? I'm 13, tbh.
The simulated joystick isn't great, since your not focused on the buttons, but on the game. I wish that they would get more creative with the other assets that these mobile devices have, like accelerometers, gyroscopes, microphones, etc. Multi-touch even. Someone seriously needs to figure that out. These assets are being abused, in my opinion.
