I love the Halo universe just as much as the next guy but the series needs to take a back seat. That is, if MS wants GOW Judgement type sales.

Why should it be an option? Imo it should be mandatory simply because they have stronger hardware, with that being said wouldn't it be easier this time around?
Yeah Sony has allot to prove and answer for. At least MS is making an effort to detail its policies I just don't like the 24 hour log in checks that right there is a huge deal breaker for anyone.
