I call BS on your saying you have a good PC, NYC, since you apparently find 16 gigs of RAM to be overcompensating. 16 gigs of RAM isn't meant to be sunk into a game. Games don't take advantage of RAM like that. The RAM is for having multiple programs at once, or for editing/rendering things or, hell, just for a rainy day in which something might want need a lot of RAM.

And this is why I personally don't like scores too much. In this case, I felt a 7 was too low, and an 8 was too high. But I felt slightly better with an 8 and giving the game a bit extra credit than a 7 while not giving it enough credit. So there ya go. :P

I concur. After trying Dark Souls on PC, and hating how poorly the port performed, I uninstalled it and went looking for my fix for that kind of game elsewhere.
