Honestly, it has more to do with the fact that consoles are DEDICATED to gaming. A PC will probably never play a game as a console if the PC had equivalent hardware and if the game was playable, it would require a massive amount of optimization for the PC version. Note, I am not saying PC sucks, I am merely stating that consoles have more resources to concentrate on games.

What a garbage review. The reviewer failed to mention the absolutely HORRIBLE frame rate drops which is a BIG detriment to the game and something that many people who've tried the game noted.
