I'm a serious racing game fan and I can’t think of anything more exciting right now then Project Cars. I mean wow it’s not just looking good, it sounds really good.
No, not the sound of the cars, (that sounds good too) but No, I mean the features in the game sound amazing, almost too good to be true.
So you know nothing about this game, then let me ask you something, does that rock you must be living under not have WiFi, (I'm just kidding) But how could you have missed this one, let me bring you up to speed on this game. The game is said to be running @ 60 Fps. Ok, that just by it's self is pretty impressive, I mean DriveClub which looks amazing runs @ 30 Fps. (just something to think about)
And yes before you ask the next question, Yes it's 1080p @ 60 Fps. Wait What? 43 cars on the track at once..
Tons of licensed cars, all cars unlocked at the start, tons of tracks to race on. A real and complete damage engine, meaning you can actually crash here, and the hood will fly off, you can flip or see a car crash that looks like one in a real race. A crashing car might just flip and go flying over your head.
There are weather effects, rain, fog, day and night cycles or set time of day, replays. All here day one.
Yes, yes I know what you are now thinking, how is it that these guys were able to do this and other games like DriveClub couldn't do 60 Fps, and those guys are suppose to be first party developers, you know the guys who are suppose to be tapping the power of the PS4. (pushing the system to the limits and all that jazz.)
Project cars has also been in development for something like 4 years. With 3 years having had, hands-on feedback from fans. The game was actually in the hands of fans giving feedback on what's good and what's not, all leading up to this final product. Wow, I mean it's hard not to get excited about this. It's just sounds so good.
So when Project Cars says they have 1080p @ 60 a little red flag starts to appear in my head. Like maybe that's what they are hoping to hit, but it's not likely. Uh, No! Seems like not only was that the target, they have already done it.
The game has already gone gold, and it's 1080p @ 60 on PS4. Go check out this amazing video and Look at just how stunning project cars is looking- http://www.youtube.com/watc...
Seriously, go watch that video in another tab and then come back to this blog post, go ahead I'll wait for you...
The game is coming out May 12th for PS4 and Xbox One. None of my gaming friends on PS4 even knew about the game. The game is not even on the PSN store as of writing this. Which is really surprising because it's coming out in about 2 weeks.
Just absolutely stunning, you can really tell this is a labor of love. A serious amount of work has really gone into this game. Did you know if you buy the digital version you get The Standard Edition. The Limited Edition Car Pack. The GameStop Modified Car Pack. All in your copy, as a bonus for getting it digitally. How cool is that.
This could be the Racing game that defines them all, it might just set the standard, on what will become the high expectations we will have for all racing games in the future. You know what, let me just leave you with this question, is this game on your radar, are you getting Project Cars and if not why not?
The friendly folks over at Razer recently sent us their full size Kishi Ultra mobile gaming controller, and this thing didn't disappoint.
VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."
3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them
2.
Dmc.

God DMC2 was an awful game.
And in case this isn't obvious it goes worst to best
Order changes depending on your focus. I tend to focus on gameplay/fun factor, so...
5, 3, 1, 4, 2.
I really didn't like 4 but commend Dante's weapon diversity. The retreading of old ground was pretty unacceptable to me.
But even then... Still more enjoyable than 2 for me
TSA go hands on with the beta for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, but how is the game transitioning to the post-stylus era?
No One cares about racing games all of a sudden? / Not even one comment? I don't get it.
There's already Assetto Corsa.
I'm not getting it because I don't like racing games at all, I sometimes get the new gran tourismo because I like to mod the cars and see how much horse power I can get them but that's about it, I only race to get the credits to do it usually just the Sunday cup over and over lol.
Looks good but cautious since I'm still yet to know how the online is going to be set up.
Will get for pc on final release looking forward to it , may also get xb1 version when its cheap its because it is a multiplat and a long dev process why it is under hyped.
