If you have an Xbox 360 or a Ps3 you probably turn it on with your controller. You probably even Listen to music while browsing XBLA or PSN and download map packs and demos. Your probably watch videos and view pictures too? You never worry about needing to deleting old game data to obtain room for more. Well, none of that was the case with the gamecube, PS2, and Xbox.I found a old gamecube from 2007 in my attic and I started playing it. i found games like pokemon Colosseum, mario party 7, super smash brothers, and The Wind Waker. While I was playing it on my wired purple controller, I though about the pros and cons of this gen consoles and last gens.
When I turned it on it was quiet even with the disc spinning and it ran like I just got it. The only thing to focus on was the GAMES, the way its supposed to be. I loved playing those games regardless of the worse graphics. I didn't care, I was having fun. I decided to buy some games for gamecube and wouldn't you believe, for $60 I could get 13 great gamecube games. Same with my ps2, they both had great games for dirt cheap so I could have the best of both worlds.
