It's not that just I don't like the sources, many other people would consider those sources as unreliable because of the fact that they are over an year old. As you wrote it it seems like you aren't satisfied with me because your sources are irrelevant with todays number of how many out of a thousand Xbox 360's that crashes.
By February 2008 the failrue rate was down at 16%, about half of the failure percent you mention with your old sources.

And about RRoD on Xbox 360's after NXE, most of them is about modded consoles. It's not yet confirmed if the NXE has caused RRoD on "clean" consoles, or if it's just an coincidence.
Still, I don't like your offensive attitude against either the Xbox 360, or other users here. The Xbox 360 is a fine consoles, along with Nintendo Wii and Playstation 3. Every console has its flaws, so why not focusing on playing and enjoying your own console instead of protect your console by writing in a offensive and negative language about the other consoles?
Also, typing in CAPS LOCK makes you just look more agressive and desperate reaching your point, instead of typing in a calm and more serius way.
